Experience
Alex's work and training onscreen has included short films, feature films, television, commercial, print modeling, industrial film, and voiceover work for animation. Alex holds a Master of Fine Arts degree in Performing Arts from Savannah College of Art and Design, noted for its prestigious film/television training programs, faculty, and productions. Alex has been represented by several agencies in the southeast U.S. and Pittsburgh areas and currently works freelance.

Writer, Composer, and Producer
Alex is a writer, composer, and producer, most notably serving as co-writer, co-composer, and executive producer on musical short film, Hold the Cheese, Please, which is in post-production. This short films both honors and parodies the classic musicals close to Alex's heart. She also sings, acts, and dances the role of Julie in the film.

Favorite Roles
Alex's favorite short film roles include Brooke in Creature (1.3 mil views on YouTube), where she was cast opposite her then-fiancé and now-husband, Jaron Carlson. Creature has received several awards and was an official selection in many film festivals, including the Los Angeles International Horror Film Festival. Alex has also acted in a feature film with Lifetime, Strike Her Dead.
